Guest Blogger: Dimple Prints

Hello House of Hepworth’s peeps!! I’m so excited to be guest blogging for Allison while she’s away (I need a one month long vacation too! I’m so jealous of her!! ). Anyways, I’m a HUGE H.O.H. fan and when I saw she was seeking guest bloggers I couldn’t wait to get my post into her. My name is Abbey and I blog for DimplePrints.

DimplePrints is owned and operated by Carli Eklund and her brother, Mike. They are so successful running their Etsy shop that they have no time to tend to the blog, so she needed someone to run her blog for her. That is where I came in this year and have been working with Carli and Mike for a few months now. The first time that I encountered DimplePrints, I was planning my son’s 1st birthday party and stumbled upon their baseball package in their Etsy shop. I was SO intrigued by it that I used them and put on one amazing party that I am forever proud of. Since then, I had followed Carli’s every post on her blog and relished in the ideas that she put out there for other mom’s like me who needed a creative push!! So naturally, I was thrilled when Carli needed a blogger and jumped at the chance. I try to remember the things that I was looking for from her blog BEFORE I was writing it and incorporate those ideas into new blog posts today.

Our blog focuses on getting info out there to our readers about party planning tips, as well as party trends and and inspiration boards where you can find information on making those trends real for your next party. We also post a LOT of amazing customer parties so that people can get some inspiration and ideas for their next event—you wouldn’t believe the creative people that submit parties to us (oh wait…you probably could if you’re a H.O.H. fan and have ever seen her link party and all those creative ladies out there). We’ve heard from our readers that they like our blog simply because we show them how to throw a one of a kind party without being “overstaged” and making it look impossible for the working parent to throw together on a budget, which was always super important to me. Here are some of our favorite parties, two of Carli’s and one of mine, that can give you an idea of what we’re all about!!
