Do you want to upholster something and just don't know where to start? Here's the first tutorial in a step-by-step series on upholstering wooden dining chairs. Today I'm finally going to tackle phase 1 of my dining chairs upholstery project! Yippie!! I've got a long way to go before I can check the finished chairs off my to-do list, but at least I can say that every chair has been stripped to it's birthday suit and is ready for a makeover. Make cheap Dollar Store Halloween Decor

There's still a good two weeks before Halloween, so if you haven't decorated yet, YOU STILL HAVE TIME! RECIPES/FOOD now has a separate link. If you want to link up a recipe, make sure to scroll down to the 2nd inlinkz button instead of the first. {Here's a great way to browse all the previous Link Parties.} Loved last weeks links so much I had to pick 13 instead of 10! Guest Blogger: It’s Toile Good

Hey, hey HOH Readers!  This is Allison - not THE HOH Allison, but I'm almost as cool because we have the same name and we both LOVE craftin'.  I work together with my sis-in-law, Cari on a blog called It's Toile Good.   It's Toile Good was born from the need to reconnect to the women we were before we became wives and mothers.  We craft, create, sew, hot glue, re-purpose, learn, try, fail, and laugh through our blog in an effort keep our identities as women alive and sane well.   A few of our fave projects are.. The Anthro Wanna Be Lamp. Because … [Read more...]
