How I lost 35 lbs eating keto / low carb (and how you can too!)

The past year I've been eating a low carb diet. I loosely follow a specific diet called the Ketogenic Diet, or Keto diet. I've managed to lose around 35 pounds so far! I went from my high weight of 194 lbs and a size 14 to about 160 lbs and a size 6/8. I've been in maintenance mode for about 5 months now. I fluctuate between 157 and 164. Refinishing hardwood floors, part 3 – staining, mishaps, & final reveal

Hey guys! I'm back to share the FINAL part in my 3-part series about refinishing hardwood floors. If you are just tuning in, you can go back and read Part 1 and Part 2 first. Up until now everything was moving forward flawlessly. There had been no hiccups, no issues, no setbacks. It was too good to be true. Literally. Part 3 turned into mayhem and tears. Lots of tears. An amazing staircase makeover – from carpet to wood

Today is an exciting day! I'm going to share all the nitty gritty on getting our staircase completely redone. We hired out for part of it, and part of it we did ourselves. As not to leave you in suspense for too long, I'll just start out with the before and after. WOWZA! I can't even believe I'm looking at the same staircase.
