I served this Chocolate Bar Toffee to all the shoppers at the Kirkland's Grand Opening Event last week. It was a huge hit and I want to share the recipe with you guys now. With all the Fall Decor all over blogland, I've gotten the itch to create something for myself. I made a wreath using nothing but stuff I found at the Dollar Tree! Yippie!
