English muffin pizzas

These are so easy! It’s a pretty simple, kinda lame thing to post, but my kids just love them so much and they are so easy!

To make them, Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Cut English Muffins in half length-wise.

Lay them cut side up on your baking pan (my favorite is my stoneware from Pampered Chef!) and add pizza sauce to each.

You can use marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce, but I prefer to use actual pizza sauce. This is my favorite:

Lay cheese slices over them. I usually use grated mozarella, but I didn’t have any so I just sliced colby-jack for each (and they still tasted great).

Bake until the cheese is melted.

You can also add pepperoni or other toppings if you’d like. My kids just like the plain ol’ cheese though.
