Hookin Up with HoH #69

Saturday I will be posting a Special Features post dedicated to everything Halloween and Fall! If you’ve posted awesome seasonal crafts, don’t worry, you’ll have your chance to shine this weekend. Today I’m just highlighting cool projects not related to the holidays.

So, are you new here? I throw the Hookin’ Up with HoH Party every week to give all of you a chance to find other awesome blogs to read. Below you will find several hundred mini links to other people’s blog posts. Have fun browsing through the links in search of new ideas. Also, if you are a blogger, please feel free to add your own links to the list!

HookingupwithHoH

Awesome new feature: Any projects I feature each week I will pin on Pinterest for everyone to see! Follow me on Pinterest to get in on the pinning action.

* Please refrain from posting links to shops and stores.

RECIPES/FOOD now has a separate link. Please make sure to link your recipes on the new link at the bottom.

Here are some (un-holiday related) highlights from last weeks party…

DIY Newlyweds was totally lucky and scored this amazing lamp at a garage sale. A little spray paint, and it’s rockin’ the 21st century.

Her post was about the pillows, but I’m totally digging every single thing in Craptastic‘s living room; the door wall art, the pillows, the lamp. All of it.

Life With Both Hands Full shows some great organizing tips for inside the pantry door. I love the menu board. It’s available, yet still out of the way.

Make Them Wonder paints stripes in her foyer. OMG, a million bucks.

Life as a Thrifter uses dollar store stuff to create this 3-tier stand. I love the metal and green together.

The Big Blue House ripped up the carpet on their stairs and refinished the wood underneath. I wish my stairs looked like that!

Jenna Lou Loves You made this headboard. Wowza. It’s so perfect.

Check out this amazing cake by My Simple Happy Life. Love it.

Awesome kitchen makeover by Mummy {Maggie} Chronicles. You should click through and see all the amazing before and after pics.

How cute is this little airplane onesie by Oxford Impressions?!

The Rooster and the Hen stacked wood in her fireplace to create this stunning focal point.

Shabby Coast Cottage painted her floor. I’ve seen this stencil on walls, but never on a floor, and I have to say, I love it.

High Heels and a Hammer used a cheap plastic tablecloth to create this stunning wreath.

A Happy Place Called Home made THE West Elm Capiz chandy. You know, the same one I just bought?! Yes, she made it. Amazing. Click through to see how she did it. You will be inspired.

Gluesticks shows us all how to make our own rock candy! Man, I am a sucker for rock candy. I love the stuff.

An R2D2 birthday cake. What could be a better combo? Star Wars and… well, anything! Check out the how-to over at No Business Like Sew Business.

HAHA! I’m a jewelry maker, so I KNOW them lil suckers are tricky!!! AND that plastic tablecloth wreaths is FABULOUS!! ALL your features are fabulous! Thanks for hosting, friend! 🙂
