Two Twenty One made her own curtains and I love them! They just make the whole room.

Confessions of an ADD Housewife shares how to clean with stuff you’ve already got in your pantry. Cheap and healthy!

These fondant roses from Ode to Inspiration are too cute and seem easy enough to make.

The Money Pit turns a boring cabinet into a custom open one with some beadboard, a little paint, and lots of creativity.

The Crafted Sparrow made the cutest faux stainless steel alphabet magnets for super cheap.

How incredibly sweet and cute are these mini cakes from Baking with Blondie?!

Painted Therapy shows off her painted stairs and gives plenty of tips so you can do it yourself too.

One Creative Housewife has the mecca of Command Centers! Love the organization.

House on the Way made this cute little disco ball ornament out of a CD! Ack! I must do this. It would be totally cute to have several of these on a Christmas tree.

Check out this easy way to make a little shelf from Frou Frugal.

Liz Marie Blog added a few simple touches to her laundry room and it made a world of difference.

The Happier Homemaker easily made this cute custom headboard. She gives a good tutorial if you want to make one yourself.

I say run your blog as you see fit and as your needs require. I really appreciate your post. I started my blog a few months back, and though I have not had any haters (yet) I have read comments on other blogs that were less than kind. I have been nervous wondering what I have gotten myself in to. Some people just aren’t satisfied unless they are making someone else miserable. Stay strong and do what is best for your family and yourself! As always, thank you so much for putting this together each week.

    xo, Leslie

Allison, thanks so much for hosting this party. I loved your post about being with your kids. I totally understand where you are coming from. I struggle with the balance, but know my priorities too. Your kids are blessed to have you for their momma. Enjoy this special time with them. ~ Blessings, Nici

Holy smokes! Thanks for featuring my DIY curtains, lady! In other news, I’m a moron and linked them up to this week’s party. For some reason I thought you didn’t have a party last week, and I scrolled so fast I didn’t even see that they were the first image on this post. Yeah, like I said, moron. Feel free to delete the link (77). 🙂

Their childhoods are so short and you are blessed to be able to be with them…soak up each minute!
