Hookin Up with HoH #99

Hi friends! Sorry for my absence from the blog world this past week (if you even noticed!). I have been SICK with a cold and then bronchitis. I sound terrible! I am finally turning a corner though. I'm not well by any stretch of the imagination but I can tell that I'm past the worst of it and am headed toward wellness. Let's hope I get there soon! I'm sick of being sick. Can you believe we are on PARTY … [Read more...]

Painting Peacocks with my blog girlz

Last Wednesday night a few bloggers had a mini get-together here in Austin, Texas! It was so fun!! We all met up at a place called Painting With A Twist. Basically, they walk you through how to paint a picture. Our night was "Painting Peacocks!" L to R: Me, Jamie, I suck and can't remember her name, Dana, and Jessica. Jamie from C.R.A.F.T. planned the evening by hosting a giveaway for a free ticket, and I happily tagged along (and paid full price). Hookin Up with HoH #38

Another rockin' party last week! Here are some of my favorites. ;) California Callahans made these huge silverware silhouettes. Check out their blog to find out how! I love this chair makeover by Organizing Made Fun! Check out how C.R.A.F.T. organized her drawer. I'm loving the organizer! Madigan Made got sick of filling her apothecary jars each season, so she painted them to look like beautiful milk glass. {So Much} Jane and Eugene spray painted their faucet a beautiful Oil Rubbed Bronze color. These handmade birdhouses on pedestals made … [Read more...]
