Hookin Up with HoH #7

I’ve had quite a few people mention to me lately that they don’t know what a Link Party is.

What is a Link Party?

A Link Party allows you to share your projects with us by adding your own blog posts/links to this post. It’s a great way to show thousands of other readers your projects and introduce them to your blog.

If you want to toot your horn and show off your projects, or are trying to bring more traffic to your blog, posting your links will help bring new readers to your blog that otherwise might not have found your blog.

To post your link, click on your project title on your blog. Once your blog loads to the new page, go to the bar at the top (where it says http://…) and copy that entire section. Then just click on the blue button at the bottom that says “Add your link” and paste your link in the box that pops down.

Your link that you submit should look like this:

https://www.houseofhepworths.com/2010/06/02/hookin-up-6/

NOT THIS:

https://www.houseofhepworths.com

Notice there is a / and a bunch more stuff after the .com on the first link? That is a link directly to your blog post. The second link that ends in .com is a direct link to your blog, not a specific post.

Capisce?

Amazing links last week, peeps. You guys rock.

Here are a few that caught my eye (in no particular order):

406 Olivia turned a thrift store sheet into a beautiful shower curtain. Clever and thrifty!

Decor Chick bought glass candlesticks and hurricanes from the dollar store and glued them together to create these adorable hurricanes.

Creating Comfort added board and batten to her boring hallway and made it phenomenal.

Live It. Love It. Craft It. made a wreath out of wine corks. This is one of my most favorite projects I’ve seen so far!

Abigails Craft Show To made a microbe coin purse. My geeky side flipped out when I saw how cute and geeky this is. Microbes? Genius.

Dittle Dattle made over her son’s closet and it looks ah-mazing. You should go check out her “before” and “after” pics. Great makeover!

Tara Being Tara hung the most adorable herb garden on her fence. Isn’t it adorable? I want one now too.

Post about anything you’ve done this week.

* Put a link to my site somewhere on your blog so others can come party with us! For those that link to me, THANK YOU!

* Link directly to your post, not your blog. If you want to link to your BLOG, click HERE and link away! This par-tay is for specific links only. Sorry. (Not really).

* If you post spam junk I will be forced to delete it. Don’t waste my time!

Ready. Set. Post!
