It sold! It really sold {hopefully}

We own a 2nd house in Dallas, TX that we’ve been trying to sell since November.

I just want to let everyone know, that unless something crazy happens (it’s been known to happen), we are selling the house TODAY!

We are so happy that today is closing day! We signed and over-nighted the paperwork yesterday. The buyers also signed yesterday. As soon as Fex-Ex shows up in Dallas with our closing papers, the house is no longer ours.

What a relief! Today is a happy day. From here on out, we only have one mortgage payment to make each month. I can breathe again now!

Once we recover from paying two mortgage payments, I’m SO kicking it into decorating and DIY overdrive around here. 🙂 I can hardly wait!

    Lucky you! We still have a house in Greenville Tx that we can’t sell. Paying 2 mortgages is getting old! So glad yours sold, maybe that means the market is finally mending! Chris
