Scott’s Snap Spreader System is pretty much more awesome than sliced bread.

(This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.)

Scott’s sent me a Snap Spreader System to try out and it is the bomb-diggity-dawg squared.

I’m already partial to the Scotts brand and have been using a puny hand crank spreader for four years now.  It was a little time-consuming, but it got the job done.

I was excited to test-drive this bad boy to see how it compared to the little hand-held spreader.

This new Scotts® Snap® Spreader System really couldn’t be any easier to operate if they tried.  You plop the bag of fertilizer onto the Spreader System…

…and then lock it into place.  You are now rearing and ready to go.

Ben got to be the first to try out this bad-boy, and oh my word.  Not only does it spread fertilizer onto the yard like a dream machine,…

Besides just looking hotter using the Spreader, the Spreader itself is pretty sweet too.

What is usually a 45 min to an hour job of spreading fertilizer onto the yard with the hand-cranked thing took us 15 minutes TOPS {front and back yard} with the new Snap Spreader System.

It’s also pretty sweet because it actually puts out the exact amount of fertilizer onto your yard. Usually I just kinda throw the fertilizer around and give it the ol’ eyeball technique.  This Spreader actually measures for you.

I was kinda worried I’d run out of fertilizer before I finished the yard, but I have at least 3/4 the bag left.  Totally goes much further than I thought it would.

I saw this system for $30 at the big orange hardware store, but the big blue one had it for $50!  So shop around and make sure you get the best price for the best miller plasma cutter.

The Scotts® Snap® Spreader System definitely takes the mess and guess work out of lawn care, is so easy to use, and folds up small for easy storage.  I also love that the Snap Pac self-seals upon removal for even less mess!

And for the record, promotional post aside, I HONESTLY would have bought one of these with or without the offer from Scotts to do a little review on my blog.  The second I saw it I said I wanted one, and then I just got extra lucky when Scotts actually offered to give me one to try out.  And that, my friends, is a true story.

That’s an awesome outfit! And, check out the big orange store this weekend, folks! In Utah, there’s a special going on where you can get the spreader free if you buy two bags of Snap fertilizer or weed n feed! SUCH a good deal!

Scotts needs to use Ben’s picture for their national campaign. Too good!

Bahahahaha!!! That is the most amazing promotion ever! And I’m sure my husband would wear a similar outfit if I offered to buy him one.

Thanks for telling / reminding us to shop around for it. I was at the big blue place today and saw it for $50 and wondered where did allison see it for only $30? We will check out the orange store tomorrow and see if there is a price difference in our area! THANKS!
